By using the website you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
About the website
The website gives general information about our services (web applications, website design, mobile applications, custom software, the WhatsApp Business API, and domains, hosting and Google Workspace), our software products, our past work and career openings. It also lets you contact us and apply for jobs.
Information, not an offer
We try to keep everything on the website accurate and up to date, but the content is for general information only. Descriptions of services, products, features, technologies and timelines are not a binding offer. Prices, scope, deliverables and support are confirmed only in a written quotation, proposal or agreement signed or accepted by both sides.
Our products and services
Each of our products (for example Onyx Bills, Onyx Stock, OnyxPOS, Be Hotelier and MyExamBuddy) is provided under its own subscription terms and privacy policy, shown on that product's website or at sign-up. Domains, hosting, Business Email and Google Workspace are sold through thebrainhub.in under the terms shown there and the terms of the relevant registry or provider. The WhatsApp Business Platform is also subject to Meta's terms and policies. Client projects are governed by the agreement for that project.
Using the contact and application forms
When you send an enquiry or a job application you agree to:
- give true, accurate information and only your own details;
- send only files you have the right to share (a resume in PDF or Word, up to 5 MB);
- not send spam, malicious files, or anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Applying for a job does not guarantee an interview or an offer. How we use the data you send is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The website's design, text, graphics, illustrations, mascot, code and the names and logos "the brainhub | TECHNOLOGIES", "Onyx Bills", "Onyx Stock", "OnyxPOS", "Be Hotelier", "MyExamBuddy", "Verfigo Events" and "JobsCherry" belong to DM BrainHub InfoTech Private Limited or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from the website without our written permission.
Client names, logos and screenshots
Client logos, names, screenshots of websites we built and client testimonials are shown with our clients' agreement to illustrate our work. They remain the property of their owners and do not imply that a client endorses anything beyond what is stated. If you are a client and want something changed or removed, email contact@thebrainhub.com.
Links to other websites
The website links to client websites, our product websites, thebrainhub.in, WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Maps and our social media pages. When you visit a client's website we show a notice before you leave. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system;
- disrupt the website, overload it, or introduce viruses or harmful code;
- use automated tools to scrape content in a way that harms the website;
- use the website for any unlawful purpose.
Availability
We aim to keep the website available at all times but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it without notice, for example for maintenance.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Karnal, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
